Delete your EduNxtAI account

Per Google Play's account-deletion policy and applicable data protection law, you can request deletion of your EduNxtAI account here without installing the app.

What will be deleted immediately

Your name, email and mobile number (anonymized in our database).
Your password and any linked phone-auth identity.
All children profiles linked to this account.
Support chat messages and end-to-end encryption keys.
Active sessions, push-notification tokens and pending OTP codes.

What we keep, and why

Payment records — required for tax, accounting and statutory audit obligations. They are detached from your identifiers and retained only for as long as the law requires.
Security audit logs — retained per our security policy and applicable law.

Important

The action is immediate and irreversible.
You will not be able to log back in or recover any data.
